Laborer Albert Einstein (1886):
Probably the most famous man who worked at the Oktoberfest Munich was Albert Einstein. In 1886 the host of the Schottenhamel tent decided to put up a tent with space for as much as 8000 guests. This tent should also become the first tent with electric light at Oktoberfest Munich
The host placed an order with the company of Albert Einstein’ uncle about equipping the tent with electric light. Albert Einstein, being a 17 year old, earned some money there. His job was to screw the light bulbs in at Oktoberfest Munich.
